The Woods at Otter Point – SOLD OUT!

The Woods at Otter Point, 3L Developments’ new community just outside Sooke, embodies the laid-back, outdoorsy character of Vancouver Island. This quiet rural subdivision, including 29 two-acre lots, is tucked away in the forest and surrounded with amazing mountain views.
